PORK CHOPS

- Pork Chops - Spade L Ranch Pork Seasoning

Use 1-˝ tablespoons seasoning per lb. of meat. Place seasoning in bowl.
Trim fat from meat. Wet meat with water and roll meat in bowl until covered
with seasoning. Bar-B-Que or grill until done. Length of cooking depends on
thickness of chops.

PORK RIBS

- Pork Ribs
- Spade L Ranch Pork Seasoning

Cut ribs apart. Use 1-˝ tablespoons of seasoning per lb. for large ribs or 1
tablespoon per lb. for smaller ribs. Wet meat with water and place in bowl.
Sprinkle with seasoning and rub onto meat surface. Place on a wire rack over
a foil-lined drip pan. Place in 425-degree oven, turning several times.
Cook 1 hour or until done.

PORK SAUSAGE

- 1 lb. sausage, unseasoned
- 1 ˝ tablespoons Spade L Ranch Pork Seassoning
- 2 tablespoons water

Mix all ingredients and form into patties. Brown in skillet over medium heat
turning once. Place lid on skillet and cook until done

NICE RICE

- 1 cup Uncle Bens Converted Rice
- 1-14oz. can diced or peeled ready-cut ttomatoes
- ˝ can water
- 1 ˝ Tablespoons Pork Seasoning

Bring water, tomatoes and seasoning to a boil. Add rice, cover and simmer 20
min.

QUICK SPAGHETTI

- 1 lb. Hamburger
- 1-28 oz. can diced or peeled ready-cut tomatoes
- 1 cup red wine or water
- 3 medium carrots grated or fine choppedd
- 6 Tablespoons Pork Seasoning
- 1 lb. dry spaghetti

Heat water to cook spaghetti. In an oiled fry pan cook hamburger, drain fat.
In a 4-quart pot place all ingredients, expect spaghetti, and bring to boil
and simmer 20 min. Cook spaghetti so as to be done when sauce is done. Pour
sauce over drained spaghetti and serve. If desired a small pinch of ground
oregano can be sprinkled on individual servings. MMM Good!

MUST TRY SOUP

- 1 lb. Beef ˝" cubed
- 1-14 oz. can diced or peeled ready-cut tomatoes
- 3-14 oz. cans water
- 2 medium potatoes ˝" cubed
- 4 medium carrots, sliced
- 4 Tablespoons Spade L Ranch Pork Seasonning*

Brown beef in oiled fry pan. In a 6 qt. Pot, add all ingredients; bring to a
boil and simmer until vegetables are tender, approx. 30-min. Top with
Parmesan cheese (optional). Note: a 1-lb. bag of frozen mixed vegetables and
1 cup of dry shell macaroni or egg noodles may be substituted for potatoes
and carrots above. Try it-you will like it. *Additional seasoning may be
added after cooking if desired.

SPADE L CHILI

- 1 lb. Hamburger - 1 onion coarse chopped
- 1-14 oz. can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1-28 oz. can diced or peeled ready-cut tomatoes
- 4 Tablespoons Pork Seasoning*
- 1-Tablespoon Tabasco sauce.

Sauté onions in oiled pan, set aside. Fry hamburger in pan, drain fat. Add
all remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer 15 min. Best chili you
can make in 30 min. *Additional seasoning may be added after cooking if
desired.
